Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 9:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Yolo Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) will hold a Public Hearing at the Yolo County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 625 Court Street, Room 206, Woodland, CA, and remotely via Zoom (see below), to consider the following agenda item:                             

Project Title:
El Macero County Service Area (CSA) Sphere of Influence (SOI) Amendment and Annexation of 27384 Eagle View Court (LAFCo No. 22-01)

Project Description:
This application would amend the El Macero CSA SOI and annex one parcel totaling 5.007 acres into the District with consent of 100% of landowners. The parcel will have access to El Macero CSA services. Unless written opposition to the proposal is received from landowners and registered voters within the affected territory before the conclusion of the commission proceedings on the proposal, the commission intends to waive protest proceedings. Any previously authorized charge, fee, assessment, or tax by the El Macero CSA will be extended to the affected territory.

Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 033-011-024 is located at 27384 Eagle View Court, adjacent to the southeast corner of El Macero.

The Application is currently posted on the LAFCo website at www.yololafco.org/active-proposals. The Executive Officer's Report and the Agenda will be posted online at least five days prior to the noticed hearing at www.yololafco.org. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing.
