NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Yolo Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) will hold a Public Hearing via teleconference, pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order
N-29-20 (March 17, 2020).

The Commission will hold the Public Hearing to review proposed changes to the Yolo LAFCO fee schedule. The LAFCo fee schedule has not been updated since 2009. Staff recommendation is to adjust the schedule with flat fees for standard requests while keeping deposits for large scale reorganizations.

The Executive Officer’s Report and the Agenda, including a copy of the proposed LAFCo fee schedule, will be posted online at least five days prior to the noticed hearing at www.yololafco.org.

Executive Order N-29-20 authorizes local legislative bodies to hold public meetings via teleconference and to make public meetings accessible telephonically or otherwise electronically to all members of the public. Members of the public are encouraged to observe and participate in the teleconference.
