NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Yolo Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) will hold a Public Hearing via teleconference, pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (March 17, 2020).

The Commission will hold the Public Hearing to review the proposed Final LAFCo Budget for Fiscal Year 2020/21. The review, approval, and notice of this budget will be performed consistent with Government Code section 56381.

The Executive Officer’s Report and the Agenda, including a copy of the proposed Final LAFCo Budget for Fiscal Year 2020/21, will be posted online at least five days prior to the noticed hearing at www.yololafco.org.

Executive Order N-29-20 authorizes local legislative bodies to hold public meetings via teleconference and to make public meetings accessible telephonically or otherwise electronically to all members of the public. Members of the public are encouraged to observe and participate in the teleconference.
